Spiced Pear Cranberry Soup
|California bartlett pears||2 , peeled and chopped (Use Fresh Ones)|
|Ground cinnamon||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Ground cloves||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Low calorie cranberry juice cocktail||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
Combine pears, cinnamon, cloves and ginger in food processor or blender; process until smooth.
With machine running, slowly add cranberry juice through feed cap, processing until soup is well blended.
Garnish each serving with dollop of yogurt, if desired.
