Cold Avocado Soup
|Consomme madrilene||2 Can (20 oz)|
|Avocado||1 Large, pureed or mixed in a blender|
|Sour cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chili powder/Cayenne pepper||To Taste|
|Scraped onion||1 Tablespoon|
|Fresh dill/Crushed dill seeds||1 Tablespoon, minced|
1. Combine the consomme with the avocado and sour cream. Season with salt, chili powder and a very little scraped onion.
2. Chill thoroughly until the soup jells.
