Cold Avocado Soup

Ingredients
  Consomme madrilene 2 Can (20 oz)
  Avocado 1 Large, pureed or mixed in a blender
  Sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Chili powder/Cayenne pepper To Taste
  Scraped onion 1 Tablespoon
  Fresh dill/Crushed dill seeds 1 Tablespoon, minced
Directions

1. Combine the consomme with the avocado and sour cream. Season with salt, chili powder and a very little scraped onion.
2. Chill thoroughly until the soup jells.
