|Raw rice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Green pepper||1 , chopped|
|Water||6 Cup (96 tbs)|
|Olive oil||4 Tablespoon|
|Parsley||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped|
|Tomatoes||5 , peeled|
Saute onion and green pepper in olive oil until vegetables are soft.
Add tomatoes and rice or orzo and continue to saute for about 5 minutes longer.
Add water, salt and pepper, and parsley.
Bring to a boil and simmer for 20 minutes or until rice is tender.
