Easy Onion Soup With Dry White Wine
|Canned condensed onion soup||10 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Water||7 17⁄25 Ounce (Three Fourth Of Soup Can Water)|
|Canned dry white wine||2 1⁄2 Ounce (One Fourth Of Soup Can)|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Teaspoon|
|Shredded mozzarella cheese||2 Ounce (1/2 Cup 16Tbs)|
1. In a deep 1 1/2 quart casserole with lid, stir together soup, water, wine, Worcestershire sauce and sugar. Cover and microwave at 100% (high) 4 to 5 minutes or until boiling; stir after 2 minutes.
2. Ladle into 2 soup bowls. Top with rusks. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Microwave at 100% (high)2 minutes or until cheese is melted.
