Cheese Soup With Broccoli Cauliflower And Sausage

Ingredients
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Sausage beef 8 Ounce, smoked and cubed
  Onion 1 Medium, chopped
  Caraway seed 1⁄2 Teaspoon, crushed
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Bay leaf 1
  Canned chicken broth 29 Ounce (Two 14 1/2Ounce Can)
  Potatoes 3 Medium, peeled and sliced
  Broccoli flowerets 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Cauliflower flowerets 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Whipping cream 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sharp cheddar cheese 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), shredded
Directions

In 2-quart casserole, place butter, sausage, onion, caraway seed, pepper and bay leaf.
Microwave at high (10) 4 to 6 minutes, until sausage begins to brown and onion is tender, stirring every 2 minutes.
Add chicken broth, potatoes, broccoli and cauliflower.
Microwave at medium high (7) 28 to 32 minutes, until vegetables are tender, stirring every 7 minutes.
Stir in cream and Microwave at high (10) 4 to 6 minutes until heated through.
Discard bay leaf.
Add cheese and stir until completely melted.
