Ingredients
  Stock 2 Pint, prepared
  Onion 1
  Cooked fish 1⁄2 Pound (Use Any Type Of Fish)
  Flour 1 Ounce
  Butter 1 Ounce
  Chopped parsley 1 Pinch
  Milk 1⁄2 Pint
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Bring stock to boiling point.
Add chopped onion and simmer till soft.
Strain.
Mix flour with a little milk, add the rest of the milk and stir into the stock.
Let it boil.
Cook for 10 minutes, add seasoning and flaked fish.
Finally add parsley and butter.
