Chilled Tomato Cheese Soup
The chilled tomato cheese soup is a great recipe for an appetizing soup made with cheese and canned tomato soup. Combined together with cream and lemon juice, the chilled tomato cheese soup is chilled and can be served with chopped parsley or coriander leaves as garnish.
|Condensed tomato soup||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Light cream||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1 Teaspoon|
|Horse radish||1 Teaspoon|
|Tabasco sauce||2 Drop|
|Cream style cottage cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped green onions||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Combine soup, cream, lemon juice, horseradish, and Tabasco.
Beat with rotary beater till well blended.
Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
