|Sliced okra||2 Cup (32 tbs), sliced|
|Uncooked regular rice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), uncooked|
|Sliced tomatoes||1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced|
Brown beef and onion in hot shortening.
Add water, salt, and pepper.
Let cook slowly until beef is tender .
Add okra, rice, and tomatoes.
Let cook until beef is very tender and vegetables are cooked
