Fish Balls And Bean Threads Soup
|Bean threads||2 Ounce|
|Frozen fish balls||8 Ounce|
|Chicken broth||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Fish sauce||1 Tablespoon|
|White pepper||To Taste|
|Scallion stalks||1 , chopped|
|Sesame oil||1 Teaspoon|
Soak the bean threads in hot water for about 10 minutes.
Drain and cut into 3 inch (7.5 cm) lengths.
Thaw the fish balls.
Pour the chicken broth into a pot.
Add the fish balls and bring to a boil.
Turn to low heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
Add 1 Tbs fish sauce and salt and pepper to taste.
Bring the broth to a boil again and add the soaked bean threads.
Turn off heat and garnish with scallion and sesame oil.
