Onion Soup En Casserole
|Onions||16 Ounce, sliced thin|
|Instant beef broth and seasoning mix/5 beef bouillon cubes||5 Tablespoon (5 Envelopes)|
|Steak sauce||1 Teaspoon (Use "Legal")|
|Celery salt||1 Dash|
|Grated parmesan cheese||2 Ounce|
In flameproof casserole, cook onions in boiling water with beef broth mix, steak sauce and celery salt, until onions are soft (about 10 minutes).
Put casserole into 450Â° F. oven and cook uncovered until bubbly.
Sprinkle with pepper and serve hot.
For lunch, divide Parmesan cheese over toast and place on top of casserole.
Bake until cheese is melted.
