Fresh Green Pea Soup

Ingredients
  Peas 1 Pint (Along With Their Shells)
  Spinach   Cup (0 tbs)
  Butter 1 Ounce
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Mint sprig 1
  White stock 1 1⁄2 Pint
  Milk 1⁄2 Pint
Directions

Simmer peas, their shells and spinach with a sprig of mint and the sugar in the stock until all are tender.
Strain through sieve, but keep a few peas back for garnishing.
