Fresh Green Pea Soup

|Peas||1 Pint (Along With Their Shells)|
|Spinach||Cup (0 tbs)|
|White stock||1 1⁄2 Pint|
Simmer peas, their shells and spinach with a sprig of mint and the sugar in the stock until all are tender.
Strain through sieve, but keep a few peas back for garnishing.
