Cabbage Patch Soup
|Cabbage||4 Cup (64 tbs), shredded|
|Onion||1 , sliced thin|
|Beef stock/Chicken stock||6 Cup (96 tbs)|
|Black pepper||1 Dash|
|Cooked brown rice||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
1. Cook cabbage, water, and onion, covered, over low heat until golden brown and half done. Stir frequently.
2. Add stock, black pepper, nutmeg, and rice. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
