Creamy Sprout Soup

|Sprouts||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Mushrooms||2 Teaspoon, finely chopped|
|Water||1 Cup (16 tbs), boiling|
|Low fat yogurt||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Soy sauce||1 Teaspoon|
|Parsley||1 Teaspoon, minced (To Taste)|
|Seasoning salt||To Taste|
1. Add sprouts and mushrooms to boiling water.
2. Lower heat and simmer for 3 to 5 minutes.
3. Stir in yogurt and seasoning.
