Creamy Sprout Soup

Ingredients
  Sprouts 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Mushrooms 2 Teaspoon, finely chopped
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs), boiling
  Low fat yogurt 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Soy sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Parsley 1 Teaspoon, minced (To Taste)
  Seasoning salt To Taste
Directions

1. Add sprouts and mushrooms to boiling water.
2. Lower heat and simmer for 3 to 5 minutes.
3. Stir in yogurt and seasoning.
