Herbed Tomato Cocktail Soup

Ingredients
  Tomato juice 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Onion 1⁄4 Medium, sliced
  Parsley sprig 1
  Celery stalk 1⁄2 , cut up
  Carrot 1⁄2 Small, cut up
  Lemon slices 2
  Dried basil 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Peppercorns 2
  Bay leaf 1⁄2 Small
  Dry white wine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

1. In a deep 1 quart casserole with lid, combine tomato juice, onion, parsley, celery, carrot, lemon slices, basil, peppercorns and bay leaf. Cover and microwave at 100% (high)4 to 5 minutes or until boiling.
2. Stir in wine. Cover and microwave at 30% ( medium low ) 6 to 7 minutes to blend flavors; stir once.
