Frozen brussels sprouts
20 Ounce, defrosted and cut in halves
2 Cup (32 tbs)
4 Cup (64 tbs)
3 , diced
Whole wheat flour
1. Saute onions and brussels sprouts until sprouts turn a darker green, about 5 minutes.
2. Add chicken stock, milk, potatoes, and seasonings. Bring to a boil, then simmer 10 minutes or until sprouts are barely tender.
3. Combine flour and 1/3 cup cool water in a jar. Cover tightly and shake well. Add slowly to soup, stirring constantly, until slightly thickened. Heat thoroughly.
