Creamy Brussels Sprout Soup

Creamy brussles sprouts soup is a mixed vegetable soup made with added onions and potatoes. Herbed with basil, the creamy brussels sprouts is savory and flavorful soup and can be served as an appetizer or a side in meals.
Ingredients
  Onion 1 , sliced
  Frozen brussels sprouts 20 Ounce, defrosted and cut in halves
  Chicken stock 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Skim milk 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Potatoes 3 , diced
  Basil 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Whole wheat flour 3 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Saute onions and brussels sprouts until sprouts turn a darker green, about 5 minutes.
2. Add chicken stock, milk, potatoes, and seasonings. Bring to a boil, then simmer 10 minutes or until sprouts are barely tender.
3. Combine flour and 1/3 cup cool water in a jar. Cover tightly and shake well. Add slowly to soup, stirring constantly, until slightly thickened. Heat thoroughly.
