Budget Bistro is about showing how to make budget or restaurant style meal for very less. we are going to make egg flower soup. Making this recipe will cost you pennies but it tastes aaahhhaa.. Egg Flower Soup is stupid simple to make. Just follow the instructions and you cannot go wrong.
  Chicken broth 2 Can (20 oz)
  Corn starch 3 Tablespoon
  Ground ginger 1 Teaspoon
  Eggs 2 Medium
  Cracked pepper To Taste

Set a pan on high heat.
In the pan, add 1 1/2 can of chicken broth.
Put the carrots and green peas.
Then, add the spices, add ground ginger and cracked pepper.
Crack the eggs into a cup. Bet the eggs until they are little frothy.
keep it aside.
In the half can of chicken broth, add the corn starch and beat it also.
Boil the soup and then add the egg mixture.
Add little by little and keep stirring.
Now add 1/2 can broth and corn starch mixture. Keep stirring and boiling. Boil for 10-40 seconds.
Serve hot.

Egg Flower Soup is surprisingly quick and easy to make! I generally add baby bok choy, spinach, or any other leafy green and it comes out well. I just wanted to know can I add pork or cooked shrimp to this Egg flower soup?
