Consomme Double With Dry Sack

Ingredients
  Clear consomme 8 Cup (128 tbs)
  Dry sack sherry 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Lemon slices 4
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Parsley 1 Teaspoon, minced
Directions

Boil the Clear Consomme over medium heat until it is reduced to 4 cups.
Just before serving, heat almost to the boiling point.
Add the lemon juice and sherry.
Garnish each serving with a slice of lemon and a little parsley.
