Simple Cream Of Celery Soup
|Diced celery||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Onion||1 , diced|
|Chicken stock||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Skim milk||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
1. Saute celery and onions.
2. Whisk cornstarch into cool chicken stock until smooth.
3. Add milk, celery, and onions to chicken stock. Heat until thickened.
4. Season to taste. Garnish with parsley.
