Minted Cream Of Pea Soup

Ingredients
  Condensed green pea soup 1 Can (10 oz)
  Chives 2 Teaspoon, finely chopped
  Milk 2 Can (20 oz)
  Cream 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Mint 3 Tablespoon, finely chopped
  Milk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Mint sprig 1
  Sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Mix the soup, 2 cans of milk, chopped mint, sugar and chives.
Heat to a simmer.
Cool.
Stir in the 1/4 cup cream and 1/4 cup milk.
Chill.
Garnish with spoonfuls of sour cream and tiny mint sprigs.
