Emerald Soup

Ingredients
  Spinach/10 ounce frozen spinach, cooked 1 Pound
  Canned condensed cream of chicken soup 10 1⁄2 Ounce
  Water 1 Can (10 oz)
  Chervil 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Tabasco 1 Dash
  Dairy sour cream 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Wash the spinach and cook in a kettle having a tight cover; add no water.
When spinach is tender, finely chop it and put through a food mill or puree in an electric blender.
Blend soup and water.
Mix with spinach, chervil, garlic, and Tabasco.
Chill thoroughly.
