|Spinach/10 ounce frozen spinach, cooked||1 Pound|
|Canned condensed cream of chicken soup||10 1⁄2 Ounce|
|Water||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Dairy sour cream||1 Tablespoon|
Wash the spinach and cook in a kettle having a tight cover; add no water.
When spinach is tender, finely chop it and put through a food mill or puree in an electric blender.
Blend soup and water.
Mix with spinach, chervil, garlic, and Tabasco.
