Cream Of Turkey Soup

Ingredients
  Butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Flour 6 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Black pepper To Taste (Few Grains Are Required)
  Cream 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Turkey broth/Chicken broth 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Chopped cooked turkey 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), coarsely chopped
Directions

Heat butter in a saucepan.
Blend in a mixture of the flour, salt, and pepper.
Heat until mixture bubbles.
Gradually add the cream and 1 cup of the broth, stirring constantly.
Bring to boiling; cook and stir 1 to 2 minutes.
Blend in remaining broth and turkey.
Heat thoroughly (do not boil).
Garnish with slivers of carrot.
