Cream Of Turkey Soup
|Butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Black pepper||To Taste (Few Grains Are Required)|
|Cream||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Turkey broth/Chicken broth||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Chopped cooked turkey||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), coarsely chopped|
Heat butter in a saucepan.
Blend in a mixture of the flour, salt, and pepper.
Heat until mixture bubbles.
Gradually add the cream and 1 cup of the broth, stirring constantly.
Bring to boiling; cook and stir 1 to 2 minutes.
Blend in remaining broth and turkey.
Heat thoroughly (do not boil).
Garnish with slivers of carrot.
