Roasted Corn and Sweet Pepper Soup

A super - duper easy soup, which is chunky and smooth.
Ingredients
  Roasted corn 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Chopped sweet pepper 2 Cup (32 tbs) (2 - 3 cups)
  White onion 1⁄2 , sliced
  Broth 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Thyme 1⁄2 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING

  1. In a saucepan, add in all the ingredients except the roasted corn and simmer for 20 minutes.
  2. Pour the mixture into a blender and add in the corns. Blend at a medium – high speed.

SERVING

  1. Pour the soup in a serving bowl and garnish with chives. Serve and enjoy.
