Chilled Avocado Soup is simply a delicious appetizer. A deadly combination of avocado and chicken broth will surely tempt you to prepare this Chilled Avocado Soup on every party!
Ingredients
  Ripe avocado 1 Large
  Scallions 2 , cut into pieces
  Chicken broth 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), seasoned and cold (375 Milliliter)
  Lemon juice 2 Teaspoon (10 Milliliter)
  Nutmeg 1 Pinch
  18% cream 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (375 Milliliter)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Peel avocado and remove the pit.
Drop pieces of avocado into a blender.
Add scallions, chicken broth, lemon juice and nutmeg.
Cover and blend until smooth.
Add cream and salt and pepper to taste.
Cover and chill until icy cold and serve garnished with thin lime or lemon slices and chopped parsley.
