|Lemon juice||4 Tablespoon|
1. In a pan of warm water, soak the gelatin and set aside.
2. In another pan, boil the rest of the water and the sugar for 10 minutes till it reaches a boil. Add the gelatin to the syrup and set aside to cool.
3. Add the rings and the juices to the pan and mix well again.
4. In a large bowl, tip in the egg whites and beat till stiff and white and fold them into the gelatin mixture till well blended. Set this mixture in the freezer but remove it twice during the cooking process to make sure that the mixture is chilled through and blended. Continue freezing for 3 hours till completely frozen
5. Serve chilled.
This ice mixture can also be packed into the shells or rinds of fruits like oranges, lemons, or watermelons and frozen
