Wine Sorbet

Ingredients
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Table wine 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1. A day ahead, in a saucepan, miox water, sugar nad half the wine; stir till sugar dissolves and bring it to a boil; turn the heat down and simmer for three minutes, allow to cool
2. Add the rest of the wine and pour into a shallow container; freeze iot overnight
3. A couple of hours ahead, remove the frozen mixture, add to a food processor and process till smooth for almost half a minute
4. Add the mixture to the freezer container or individual serving glasses and add back to the freezer to set

SERVING
5. Ten minutes before serving, remove sorbet from the freezer
