|Unsweetened cocoa||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)|
|Warm water||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Port||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
1. In a bowl, mix the sugar and cocoa together.
2. Add the water, a little at a time, whisking constantly, until smooth.
3. Add the port to the mixture.
4. In an ice cream maker, process the sorbet according to the manufacturer's instructions.
5. Serve chilled.
If not using right away, freeze the sorbet and then run in a food processor for a few seconds to soften before serving.
