Pineapple Orange Sorbet

Ingredients
  Ripe pineapple chunks/Canned chunks - 32 ounces, drained 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Orange juice 2 Cup (32 tbs), freshly squeezed, strained
  Superfine sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Orange liqueur 3 Tablespoon (Triple Sec Or Cointreau)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a food processor or a blender, puree the pineapple in two batches.
2. In a bowl, mix the puree with the orange juice, sugar, and liqueur.
3. Stir to dissolve the sugar.

SERVING
4. Serve chilled.
