Pineapple Orange Sorbet

|Ripe pineapple chunks/Canned chunks - 32 ounces, drained||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Orange juice||2 Cup (32 tbs), freshly squeezed, strained|
|Superfine sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Orange liqueur||3 Tablespoon (Triple Sec Or Cointreau)|
1. In a food processor or a blender, puree the pineapple in two batches.
2. In a bowl, mix the puree with the orange juice, sugar, and liqueur.
3. Stir to dissolve the sugar.
4. Serve chilled.
