Sorbet Syrup

Ingredients
  Water 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Sugar 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1) In a small saucepan, over medium heat, cook a mixture of water and sugar until sugar is dissolved, being careful not to boil.
2) Take a mixing bowl; pour the syrup into it and then keep in refrigerator to chill thoroughly.

SERVING
3) Serve cold.

TIPS
Make other flavors by mixing fruit juice, fresh or thawed fruit, and vegetables with this basic Sorbet.
