Dairy Free Basic Sorbet

Ingredients
  Vegetable puree/Fruit puree 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Syrup/2 cups fruit juice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Syrup 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1) To the chilled syrup, add puree or juice.
2) Take a 9-inch metal cake pan; pour the mixture into it and then keep in freezer for 30 minutes.
3) Take off the mixture from the freeze and de-froze for 10 minutes.
4) Into a chilled bowl, pour the mixture and then whip for 3 minutes.
5) Take muffin cups; line them with paper and allow the mixture to freeze in them.

SERVING
6) Serve cold.
