Fresh Papaya Sorbet
|Granulated sugar||180 Milliliter|
|Lemon juice||45 Milliliter|
|Lime juice||45 Milliliter|
|Papaya||625 Milliliter, pureed|
1) In a saucepan, melt sugar with water.
2) Let it boil ensuring to stir constantly.
3) Remove pan from heat and bring it to room temperature.
4) Blend in the syrup, lime, and lemon and then stir in papaya.
5) Pour in ice cream maker and freeze according to manufacturer's direction.
6) Serve chilled.
