Kiwi Mango Sorbet
|Granulated sugar||180 Milliliter|
|Kiwis||375 Milliliter, pared, diced, pureed|
|Mango puree||375 Milliliter|
|Lime juice||60 Milliliter|
1) In a saucepan, blend sugar with water.
2) Bring it to boil, remove from pan, and then let it chill.
3) Stir in kiwi, mango, and lime juice, chill, and then blend in the syrup.
4) In an ice cream mixture, freeze according to manufacturer's direction.
5) Serve chilled.
