Black Cherry Sorbet
|Black cherries||15 Ounce, pureed (Stoned)|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
1) In a bowl, mix together, cherry puree, Kirsch, and lemon juice.
2) Turn out into a container and freeze till the mixture is squishy.
3) Now, beat egg white until stiff. Transfer the mushy cherry mixture into a basin and blend egg whites in it.
4) Pour the mixture back into the container and freeze.
5) Serve frozen.
