Pear Lemon Sorbet

Ingredients
  Canned pear halves in light syrup 16 Ounce (1 Can, Undrained)
  Lemon juice 3 Tablespoon
  Grated lemon rind 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Position knife blade in food processor bowl; add first 3 ingredients.
Process until mixture is smooth.
Pour mixture into an 8-inch square pan; freeze until almost firm.
Break mixture into large pieces; place in processor bowl.
Process several seconds or until fluffy but not thawed.
Scoop sorbet into individual dessert bowls.
Garnish with pear slices, if desired.
Serve immediately.
