Carrot Yogurt Sorbet
|Carrots||4 Cup (64 tbs), diced|
|Water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Oranges||3 Large, sliced (peeled, seeded)|
|Yogurt||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Combine all ingredients except yogurt in electric blender and process until very smooth.
Add yogurt, mix well and pour into refrigerator tray.
Blend again if smoother consistency is desired and refreeze.
Remove from freezer and place in refrigerator an hour before serving.
Serve as a side dish with the main course.
