Banana Sorbet

Ingredients
For the syrup:
  Water 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Sugar 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
For the bananas:
  Yellow banana 4 Large, sliced (Ripe)
  Lime juice 2 Tablespoon
  Thick cream 250 Milliliter (1 Cup)
  Cardamom powder 1 Pinch
  Syrup 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Heat the sugar and water over medium heat and cook both till you get a strong, sticky syrup. Remove from the fire and allow to cool.
Place the skinned banana slices along with the lime juice into a mixie and puree until you get a creamy mixture. Add the cream, cardamom powder and the thick syrup. Syrup should be about 3/4 cup. Mix well and freeze.
Serve scoops along with fresh fruits such as mangoes or figs.
