Summer Fruit Sorbet
|Frozen mixed summer fruit||500 Gram (Such As Raspberries, Blueberries, And Strawberries)|
|Orange||1 , zested and juiced|
|Raspberry jam||1 Tablespoon|
|Mint sprigs||2 (To Decorate)|
|Berry fruit||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Use Fresh Ones)|
Put a food-processor bowl or blender jug in the refrigerator for a few minutes to ensure that it is really cold.
Place all the ingredients in the cooled food-processor bowl and process until smooth.
Scoop out the sorbet .
