Melon With Raspberry Sorbet

Ingredients
  Ripe honeydew/Charentais melons, chilled 2 Small, chilled
  Raspberry sorbet 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Framboise/Kirsch frosted raspberry leaves 2 Tablespoon
Directions

1. Cut the melons in half, scoop out and discard the seeds. Cut a thin slice from the base of each half so that they stand firmly.
2. Scoop some raspberry sorbet into each cavity, pour over a little liqueur and decorate with frosted leaves.
