Melon With Raspberry Sorbet

|Ripe honeydew/Charentais melons, chilled||2 Small, chilled|
|Raspberry sorbet||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Framboise/Kirsch frosted raspberry leaves||2 Tablespoon|
1. Cut the melons in half, scoop out and discard the seeds. Cut a thin slice from the base of each half so that they stand firmly.
2. Scoop some raspberry sorbet into each cavity, pour over a little liqueur and decorate with frosted leaves.
