Cranberry Sorbet With Kiwi
|Fresh cranberries||24 Ounce, washed (Two 12 Ounce Packages)|
|Water||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Sugar||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Orange juice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Lime juice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Cranberry liqueur/Kirsch||2 Tablespoon|
Combine cranberries and water in large saucepan over medium-high heat.
Cover and cook until berries pop, about 3 minutes.
Transfer cranberries to blender.
Add sugar, orange juice, lime juice and cranberry liqueur or kirsch and puree until smooth.
Press mixture through sieve into medium bowl.
