Avocado Lime Sorbet
|Sugar||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Water||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Ripe avocados||2 Large, peeled and pureed|
|Lime juice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Hot pepper sauce||1 Drop|
Combine sugar and water in small saucepan over medium-high heat and stir until sugar is dissolved.
Just before syrup comes to a boil, remove from heat.
Cool slightly, then cover and chill.
Beat avocado with lime juice until completely smooth.
Add pepper sauce and salt and blend well.
Stir in syrup.
Finish in ice cream maker or freezer.
