Mango-Citrus Sorbet

Mango-Citrus Sorbet has it all. Mango-Citrus Sorbet is fast becoming my favorite drink. A great way to refresh yourself during the day!
  Mango 480 Milliliter, pureed (2 Cups)
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Lime juice 1 Tablespoon
  Egg white 1 , beaten
  Sugar 240 Milliliter (1 Cup)
  Water 480 Milliliter (2 Cups)

Simple Syrup: Cook sugar and water in saucepan over medium heat for 5-7 minutes to dissolve sugar.
Chill syrup.
Put pureed mango into a bowl.
Add citrus juices and chilled syrup.
Freeze in ice cream machine, according to manufacturer's directions.
Add beaten egg white halfway through the freezing process.
