|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Lime juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Egg white||1 , beaten|
|Sugar||240 Milliliter (1 Cup)|
|Water||480 Milliliter (2 Cups)|
Simple Syrup: Cook sugar and water in saucepan over medium heat for 5-7 minutes to dissolve sugar.
Put pureed mango into a bowl.
Add citrus juices and chilled syrup.
Freeze in ice cream machine, according to manufacturer's directions.
Add beaten egg white halfway through the freezing process.
