Orange Lemon Sorbet
|Sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Orange juice||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Lemon juice from concentrate||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) (Realmon Brand)|
|Orange liqueur||2 Tablespoon, flavored|
|Grated orange rind||1 Teaspoon|
In medium saucepan, combine sugar and water.
Over medium heat bring to a boil; boil 5 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients to sugar syrup.
Pour into 8- or 9-inch square pan; cover and freeze about 1 1/2 hours or until slighdy frozen.
In large mixer bowl, beat until slushy; return to pan.
Cover and freeze 2 hours.
In large mixer bowl, beat until smooth; return to pan.
Cover and freeze at least 1 1/2 hours
