|Boiling water||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)|
|Ice cubes||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Light corn syrup/0.5 cup sugar||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Juice||1 Tablespoon (Lemon Lime Or Orange)|
|Rind||1 Tablespoon (Lemon Lime Or Orange)|
|Egg whites/1 whole egg, slightly beaten||2 , unbeaten|
Completely dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Add ice cubes, stirring until ice is melted.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Pour into 13x9-inch pan.
Freeze until partially frozen, about 2 hours.
Spoon half of the mixture into blender or food processor.
Cover and process until smooth but not melted, about 30 seconds.
Pour into 1 1/2-quart plastic container.
Repeat procedure with remaining mixture.
Cover and freeze until firm, about 6 hours.
