Steamed Sole With Dill
|Olive oil||1 Teaspoon|
|Fillets||1⁄2 Pound (Sole Or Flounder)|
|Ground pepper||To Taste|
|Chopped dill||1 Tablespoon|
|Dry sherry||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
Preheat oven or toaster oven to 400 degrees.
Coat a foil covered pan with oil and place fillets in single layer on foil.
Season with pepper.
Chop dill; combine with sherry, lemon juice and tamari and sprinkle over fillets.
Cover pan with foil and bake 5 minutes.
