Steamed Sole With Dill recipe adapted from NY Times. This Steamed Sole With Dill can be made ahead ready to serve your spouse or his friends on demand.
Ingredients
  Olive oil 1 Teaspoon
  Fillets 1⁄2 Pound (Sole Or Flounder)
  Ground pepper To Taste
  Chopped dill 1 Tablespoon
  Dry sherry 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Tamari 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Preheat oven or toaster oven to 400 degrees.
Coat a foil covered pan with oil and place fillets in single layer on foil.
Season with pepper.
Chop dill; combine with sherry, lemon juice and tamari and sprinkle over fillets.
Cover pan with foil and bake 5 minutes.
