|Sole/Lean fish fillets||1 Pound|
|Sliced green onions||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Snipped cilantro/1 tablespoon dried cilantro leaves||3 Tablespoon (Fresh)|
|Dry white wine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Coarsely crushed zwieback||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Reduced calorie margarine||2 Tablespoon, melted|
Layer mushrooms in rectangular microwavable dish, 12 X 7 1/2 X 2 inches; sprinkle with half of the salt and half of the pepper.
Arrange fish, thickest parts to outside edges, on top; sprinkle with remaining salt and pepper, the green onions and cilantro.
Pour wine around fish.
Cover with vented plastic wrap and microwave on high 4 minutes; rotate dish 1/2 turn.
Uncover and microwave until fish flakes easily with fork, 2 to 4 minutes longer.
Mix zwieback and margarine; sprinkle evenly over fish.
