Sole Gratin

Sole Gratin is easy to make. The white wine gives the Sole Gratin a different taste.
  Sliced mushrooms 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Sole/Lean fish fillets 1 Pound
  Sliced green onions 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Snipped cilantro/1 tablespoon dried cilantro leaves 3 Tablespoon (Fresh)
  Dry white wine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Coarsely crushed zwieback 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Reduced calorie margarine 2 Tablespoon, melted

Layer mushrooms in rectangular microwavable dish, 12 X 7 1/2 X 2 inches; sprinkle with half of the salt and half of the pepper.
Arrange fish, thickest parts to outside edges, on top; sprinkle with remaining salt and pepper, the green onions and cilantro.
Pour wine around fish.
Cover with vented plastic wrap and microwave on high 4 minutes; rotate dish 1/2 turn.
Uncover and microwave until fish flakes easily with fork, 2 to 4 minutes longer.
Mix zwieback and margarine; sprinkle evenly over fish.
