|Lemon juice||8 Tablespoon (Of 4 Lemons)|
|Orange juice||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (Of 3 Orange)|
|Black pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Cider vinegar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Boiling water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Onions||2 , thinly sliced|
|Red sweet peppers||2 , slivered|
Place fish in crock; pour boiling water over onions.
Add to fish; rinse red peppers several times in additional boiling water.
Add to fish, refrigerate for several hours longer.
Add fruit juices, salt, pepper, and vinegar; cover.
Refrigerate for 8 hours, or overnight
