Ingredients
  Sole fillets 2 Pound, cut into 2 inch pieces
  Lime juice 6 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 8 Tablespoon (Of 4 Lemons)
  Orange juice 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (Of 3 Orange)
  Salt 4 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cider vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Boiling water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Onions 2 , thinly sliced
  Red sweet peppers 2 , slivered
Directions

Place fish in crock; pour boiling water over onions.
Add to fish; rinse red peppers several times in additional boiling water.
Add to fish, refrigerate for several hours longer.
Add fruit juices, salt, pepper, and vinegar; cover.
Refrigerate for 8 hours, or overnight
