|Minced lemon peel||2 Teaspoon|
|Seedless white grapes||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Dry white wine||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
Lay each fillet on a piece of parchment paper or aluminum foil, 12x12 inches.
Sprinkle fillets with salt, parsley, and lemon peel.
Divide grapes over fish; sprinkle with wine.
Bring edges of parchment up, crimp edges and seal; place on a jelly-roll pan.
Bake at 350Â°F 20 minutes.
Place parchment packets on individual plates; let each person open packet.
Serve with lemon wedges.
