Fillets De Sole Bonne Femme

Ingredients
  Melted butter 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 3 Tablespoon
  Chopped onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sole fillets 1 Pound
  Cream of mushroom soup 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Canned mushrooms 1 Ounce
Directions

"Combine butter, lemon juice and onion; pour into 11 x 7-inch baking dish.
Dip sole into butter mix- ture, turning to coat.
Place sole, skin side up, in butter mixture.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
Add soup and mushrooms; bake for 10 minutes longer.
