|Melted butter||2 Tablespoon|
|Lemon juice||3 Tablespoon|
|Chopped onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Sole fillets||1 Pound|
|Cream of mushroom soup||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Canned mushrooms||1 Ounce|
"Combine butter, lemon juice and onion; pour into 11 x 7-inch baking dish.
Dip sole into butter mix- ture, turning to coat.
Place sole, skin side up, in butter mixture.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
Add soup and mushrooms; bake for 10 minutes longer.
