Gourmet Crab Stuffed Sole
|Minced green onions||2|
|Fresh chopped basil||3 Milliliter|
|Chopped parsley||15 Milliliter|
|White pepper||1 Milliliter|
|Cooked crab meat||225 Gram|
|Lemon juice||20 Milliliter|
|Seasoned bread crumbs||500 Milliliter|
|Sole fillets||1020 Gram (6 Pieces, 170 Gram Each)|
|Chicken broth||250 Milliliter|
|Grated cheddar cheese||125 Milliliter|
In a small sauce pan, heat the butter.
Add the onions with the basil, parsley, salt, pepper, cream, crab meat and lemon juice.
Pour into a mixing bowl, stir in the bread crumbs.
Place the fish on a greased baking sheet.
Top with stuffing.
Bake in a preheated 375°F (190°C) oven for 25 minutes.
Sauce: While fish bakes, heat the butter in a small sauce pan.
Add the flour, reduce the heat and cook for 2 minutes.
Stir in the broth and cream and simmer until thick.
Blend in the cheese.
Place fish on a serving plate.
Smother with sauce and serve.
