Fillets Of Sole Tyrolean

|Sole fillets||500 Gram|
|Chopped parsley||2 Teaspoon|
|Shredded swiss cheese||250 Milliliter|
|Condensed cream of celery soup||1 Can (10 oz) (1 Can Or 284 Milliliter)|
|Chablis/Other dry white wine||50 Milliliter|
|Lemon juice||15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)|
|Fine dry bread crumbs||2 Tablespoon (Italian Flavored)|
In 250 mL (1 cup) glass measuring cup, cook onion in microwave oven 2 minutes or until tender.
In 2 L (2 quart) shallow glass dish 30 x 20 x 5 cm (12 x 8 x 2 inches), arrange fish in single layer; top with cooked onion, parsley and cheese.
Combine soup, wine and lemon juice.
Pour over fish; top with bread crumbs and paprika.
Cook 2-5 minutes or until done, giving dish 1/4 turn every 1 1/2 minutes.
