Mauna Loa Sole

Ingredients
  Sole fillets 2 Pound (Boneless)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Chopped onion 2 Teaspoon
  Water 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Mayonnaise 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Seasoned salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Finely chopped parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped macadamia nuts/1/3 cup slivered almonds 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Dry fillets and sprinkle with salt.
Roll fish and secure with toothpicks.
Place fish in a shallow (10x6-inch) glass baking dish and cover loosely with waxed paper.
Microwave 4 minutes on high.
Mix together onion, water, mayonnaise, lemon juice, seasoned salt and parsley in a separate bowl.
Coat fillets with sauce and return to microwave Cover with waxed paper and microwave 1 minute on high or just until sauce is hot.
Sprinkle with nuts and serve immediately.
